- You need a license of TS Monitor for every user on your server(s) that you want
to record
- Example: you have 1 terminal server with 10 users. You need to buy TS
Monitor license quantity: 10
- Example: you have 3 servers with 5, 10 and 15 users. You need to purchase
TS Monitor quantity: 30. Then you may install TSM on first server and select 5
users, install it on second server and select 10 users and on 3rd server select
15 users to monitor
- When you install TS Monitor you must select which user accounts to record. You
can change users later, i.e. stop recording one user and select another user
instead. Total number of selected users on all servers in your organization must
not exceed your license size
